The Seuso treasure

“The Seuso treasure was not discovered during an archaeological excavation and since the conditions of discovery were not recorded, several pieces of information disappeared which could have helped to precisely state the historical connections of the finds. Although our information is incomplete, we can still come to a conclusion concerning the circumstances of discovering the find from the present condition of the objects.”
